One of the largest hurdles in selecting an entertainment is to determine the age range of your guests.  Once that is known it eliminates many inappropriate artists, acts and attractions.  You will in one small step cut your overwhelming choices down to a managable level.

The next step is to determine your budget for entertainment.  How much do you wish to spend to achieve your goal.  Too much may be over the top and too little may not be enough.  On average, if you have a group of 100 - 300 persons attending you will need to spend approximately $1500 - $2000 to bring a satisfactory quality entertainment to your event.  As in any other field, "you get what you pay for" holds very true for the entertainment industry.   A $400 Band will deliver a $400 presentation.  These types of low end bands, acts and attractions do exist, but usually not for long.  You run the risk of last minute cancelations, No shows, and generally unacceptable behavior.  All our acts and attractions have been working as professionals for years and as such have developed a certain style and grace that precludes such social misgivings.  As in any profession, professionals recieve a higher fee than the hack down the block.  You wouldn't trust an amature doctor, lawyer or mechanic, so why would you entrust the very heart of your event to anything less than a true artist in whatever genre.

We now know the age range and the budget for the event.  Good.  We now look at the Artist Roster for entertainments that will be suitable for the event.  The choices are wide because we aim to provide most events with the proper choices to make them successful.  We can also combine several artists, acts or attractions to create a custom package for you with some savings obtained by volume buying.  For example, you might want to have a Harpist before and during first portion of your event and then have a Master Illusionist appear during the second half, exciting the crowd and then top it off with a Live Party Band that can play all genres of music to please just about everybody.  You have great control over your entertainment selection, timing and budget with Ambassador Entertainment as your guide and producer.

Once the selections are made, we go to work and pull together all the components for your event.  We will check availabilities and timing to get you what you would like for your event.  Early planning is necessary to achieve the best results, but we always have an artist available, even if it is not your first choice.  But plan your event with enough time to get the artists you really want.  "Name" Artists must be booked sometimes months in advance as their schedules fill fast.  Rest assured you have the best in the business working for you to obtain exactly what you want, when you want it.  If you wait until the last minute, expect to pay a bit more to achieve quality results.

Once the artist is selected and availabilities are checked we will verify the dates, fees and arrangements for the engagement with you and then send you an agreement for your signature.  It is customary to have the agreement signed by the buyer first and then it is submitted to the Artist for their signature.  We will then mail you an orignal of the agreement for your records.

Payment is made in the following manner.  50% Deposit is required with the signed contract and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the engagement and paid directly to the artist.  We receive a commission from the artist for providing them with consistant quality engagements and our service is absolutely FREE to you.
