Our Commitment To Privacy and Restrictions on Use of Our Site
tahamilton.com ("Site") is an Internet property of T.A. Hamilton Magic Productions LLC, ("we," "us"). Your privacy is important to us. In this statement we explain our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. We will use reasonable efforts to make this statement available via a link on our homepage and elsewhere on our site for easy reference. 

Our Site may not be used by persons under eighteen (18) years of age, or persons who are not residents of the United States. Persons in these categories must not disclose any information to us, or use this Site. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from persons under eighteen (18) years of age or who are not United States residents. The Information We Collect
This statement applies to all information collected or submitted on this Site and sites under common ownership with the Site, including without limitation tahamilton.com, topekabirthdaymagic.com and topekamagic.com, to which we may provide links within the Site. We collect information on the registration forms that you complete in connection with ordering reports or requesting information Suscribers also may qualify to receive complimentary promotional offers. During the course of the collection of this information, it will NOT be shared with third parties.  You agree to this statement, in its entirety, when you: (1) access or use our Site; (2) agree to receive marketing materials from us on this Site or via any other means; (3) provide any information to us on this Site or via any other means; and/or (4) register to become a Subscriber in any Program offered. 

The types of personal identifying information ("personal information") we collect include:

We also collect non-personally identifiable information. We reserve the right to employ user source information, including applicable category and interest(s), for the marketing of targeted email messages and postal mailings.

The Way We Use Information
Generally, we will use information collected on this Site to contact the consumer in response to consumer-initiated inquiries, to provide services requested by the consumer, to alert consumers to changes in services or features, and to provide consumers with requested information regarding us or our services.

By submitting your email address at the Site, you agree to receive email marketing materials from us. We may maintain separate email lists for different purposes. If you wish to end your email subscription to a particular list, you must follow the instructions contained in each email correspondence that you receive from us to unsubscribe from that particular list. 

We also reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, when legal process is served on our Site, if our assets are sold or acquired, or if our company is sold or acquired, or when we otherwise deem it necessary or appropriate. In addition, by registering at this Site, you agree that such act constitutes an inquiry and/or application for purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR Sec. 310 et seq.), as amended from time to time (the "Rule"). Notwithstanding that your telephone number may be listed on the Federal Trade Commission's Do-Not-Call List, we reserve the right to contact you via telemarketing under the Rule.

Group Aggregate Data
We reserve the right to aggregate or group data about our Site users for lawful purposes. Aggregate or group data is data that describes the demographics, usage, or characteristics of our Site users as a group, without disclosing their personal information.

Security
We endeavor to safeguard and protect our users' information. When users submit information at this Site, such information is protected both online and offline. The servers in which we store our users' personal information are kept in a secure physical environment. We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal information under our control. 

Currently, we do not require any payments for access to our site(s), We may provide links to independent third party sites that accept such payments, but we do not accept any liability for the security of credit card or other data transmitted to such third parties. When we accept Your Credit Card Information for payments of Services rendered by us, we use PayPal exclusively. It is deemed to be 100% SAFE & SECURE for this purpose.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our Site is structured to attract anyone under 13.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
If you wish to access, delete or correct the information that you have provided to us through this Site, please contact us through the "Contact Us" section of our Site, via email or through written request to the Customer Service Manager at the address listed below. We may take reasonable steps to confirm the identity of the consumer in an effort to prevent identity theft.

We may maintain separate email lists for different purposes. If you wish to end your email subscription from a particular list, you need to follow the instructions at the end of each email message to unsubscribe from the particular list.

We process all unsubscribe/opt-out requests promptly, but it may 30 days for the change to be fully effective. Unsubscribing from one list may not remove the consumer from all marketing lists.

We do update our policy from time to time without notice so please check back periodically. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on this Site and the effective date of the policy will be modified to reflect the effective date of the most recent version.
